Latin America Private Bank - Personal Services Team Associate

The Personal Services Team delivers a first-in-class experience for the Private Bank's Latin American client base, working as a team to provide personalized concierge services including booking travel, hotels, restaurants, and events.

A successful candidate will be motivated, customer focused and happy to work in a fast-paced environment. They will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the confidence to use our internal tools and booking platforms.

**Job responsibilities**

+ Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors when providing concierge services, including booking travel, hotels, restaurants, and events

+ Handle all aspects of the booking process, including documentation in our internal tool and adhering to our eligibility guidelines, contracts, and procedures

+ Maintain and provide accurate reporting, utilizing qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of data

+ Diligently escalate client eligibility requests and issues to the International Private Bank Client Experience Lead and log client complaints when required

+ Partner and communicate with our Client Advisors to provide excellent customer service and fulfil client booking requests

+ Assist in creating a monthly newsletter circulated to clients highlighting exciting upcoming events in major cities

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service role

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic with the ability to prioritise tasks, executing quickly and accurately

+ Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with an enthusiasm for providing the best possible client experience. This will involve interacting with clients over email and phone to discuss their travel plans and action their booking requests, including any changes to existing bookings

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Able to pull reports, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data using internal tools and Excel

+ Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency required
