Project Manager, Product Data Operations (PDO)

**Required Skills:**

Project Manager, Product Data Operations (PDO) Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to a team focused on the design, deployment, and scaling of Synthetic Data as a Service to accelerate AI/ML development

2. Build and optimize AI-native labeling workflows and data-driven processes to enhance data quality and model performance

3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand LLM development and data needs, designing services that meet evolving requirements

4. Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning through production deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

5. Identify and mitigate program risks, communicate updates to stakeholders, and implement scalable operational solutions

**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. BA/BS Degree -OR- equivalent industry experience

7. 8+ years of proven experience successfully delivering complex projects and driving process or operational improvements

8. Experience prioritizing under constraints, driving initiatives forward despite roadblocks, and managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders

9. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, including extensive experience evaluating, diagnosing, and fixing complex problems

10. Executive presence and effective communications

11. Track record of embracing ambiguity and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment

12. Experience building, optimizing, and scaling programs

13. Experience influencing executive level leadership across different domains

14. Experience in consulting and product strategy

15. Experience designing and deploying LLMs for service delivery

16. Hands-on experience with LLMs, synthetic data generation, or data engineering for AI/ML

17. Proven track record of taking AI/ML solutions from concept to production in large-scale environments

18. Demonstrated proficiency analyzing and working with data

19. Experience building and driving initiatives in an evolving environment with fast-moving technologies

**Public Compensation:**

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
