**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
+ Experience managing or leading a team of data analysts, BI engineers, or data scientists.
+ Experience in writing and debugging SQL queries.
+ Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience designing and building data warehouses or datamarts from scratch (schema design, ETL orchestration, data modeling).
+ Experience navigating and fixing legacy data infrastructures or migrating from fragmented systems to a central warehouse.
+ Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or AI concepts to BI workflows.
+ Experience in Business, Sales Pipeline, or Financial reporting.
+ Familiarity with Salesforce data schemas and CRM analytics.
+ Ability to balance strategic leadership with daily technical contribution.

We are forming a brand new Central Business Intelligence function to unify our data strategy. We are moving from a fragmented data landscape to a robust, future-proof infrastructure that will drive business reporting, pipeline visibility, and set the foundation for our next generation of AI capabilities.
As the Manager of Business Intelligence, you will lead the transformation of a complex, legacy data environment into a clean, scalable, and trusted source. You will build and lead a team of high-performing Business Intelligence Analysts operating at the intersection of data analysis and data engineering.
You will be a Player/Coach, spending significant time shaping strategy and managing the team, including writing complex SQL, architecting pipelines, and setting the technical standard for the group.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**
+ Take full ownership of the existing data infrastructure. Audit, deconstruct, and rebuild legacy pipelines to create a single, reliable source of truth for Business and Pipeline reporting.
+ Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Business Intelligence Analysts. Foster a culture of technical excellence, ensuring the team bridges the gap between raw data engineering and strategic business insights.
+ Act as the technical anchor for the team. Write production-grade SQL, build Python scripts for ETL/automation, and design data models that scale.
+ Architect the data layer required to support future AI initiatives for the sales organization.
+ Serve as the primary data partner for Sales Operations, Product, and Finance leadership. Translate complex data realities into clear, actionable business intelligence.
