As part of **The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Acquisitions & Workplace strategies** organization, you will build and lead mission-critical processes, develop data-backed approaches, and design solutions to drive wealth management and consumer bank business results across various B2B2C workplace offerings. This team provide critical insights and shapes product direction, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals, and is responsible for quality at scale execution of key initiatives in a connected manner.

As the **Product and Experience Vice President in the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Acquisitions and Workplace Strategies** organization, you will be an integral part in launching the new workplace financial wellness, Global Shares (stock plan) business within the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to monetize the business and add assets to the firm. The role involves launching a new workplace financial wellness business, generating revenue, and promoting the development of new products. The candidate is expected to be a strategic thinker, an exceptional relationship builder, and a change agent with excellent communication skills.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a chief operating office and product/ program management roles in the wealth management industry and can operate effectively across multiple business units. You have a passion and proven acumen for experience design, process excellence, communication, and change management.

**Job responsibilities**

+ Act as chief of staff to head of JPWMM acquisitions and workplace strategies

+ Lead weekly team meetings, product/tech/data partnership meetings, and preparation for leadership meetings, offsites, and business reviews

+ Manage change control activities and documentation for Global Shares/workplace impacts to CCB business units

+ Define, produce, & distribute ongoing reporting and metrics to drive business outcomes & progress across CCB business units

+ Maintain and continuously evolve a detailed 3-5-year multi-product roadmap

+ Revalidate business case assumptions, impacts, & benefits throughout program lifecycle in partnership with finance and other lines of business

+ Lead preparation for prioritization and budget planning activities for CCB aligned products & functions throughout the year

+ Lead design and execution of tactical processes and solutions to inform strategic roadmap design

+ Maintain strong relationships with various delivery partners across organization and continuously manage cross dependencies across teams to lead execution of key outcomes

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ 5+ years of experience in financial services with experience in wealth management in product, program, or COO roles

+ Experience driving project plan design and delivery across multiple business units, functions, and scrum-teams with complex dependency management

+ Demonstrate deep expertise in equity compensation & brokerage activities, regulations, and technology

+ Agile delivery experience (preferably with knowledge of JIRA, JQL and Confluence)

+ Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills proficient at translating complex topics or details into executive stories and presentations.

+ Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to act independently, demonstrate leadership and take initiative but work equally well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
