**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for the analysis and resolution of highly complex credit and tax operations processes and issues that require coordination of multiple stakeholders to resolve. Key responsibilities include adhering to defined procedures and regulatory requirements, while managing projects and initiatives in support of process improvement or updates to procedures. Job expectations include supporting effective coordination across key stakeholders groups, including business controls and governance organizations.
This job is responsible for handling moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. Job expectations include handling moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies or taxing authorities, consulting with management for support.
This job is responsible for the analysis and resolution of tax operations processes and issues that require coordination of multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform US IRW Tax Withholding and Reporting function
• Service tax related client inquiries and escalations particularly for the Prime Brokerage business
• Liaise with associates at all levels across global locations
• Participate in ad hoc projects for new processes, regulatory & industry initiatives
• Compile metrics and quality assurance results with a high degree of focus on regulatory controls
• Adhere to defined procedures and regulatory requirements
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries related to tax and credit reporting, often requiring significant research and engagement of business functional experts
+ Conducts root cause analysis and drives solutions to address organizational challenges and initiatives
+ Performs quality control and analytical support to ensure high performance accuracy
+ Develops and implements new processes and procedures, and modifies existing procedures to ensure they are accurate and up to date
+ Supports operational team projects and production of executive-level reports and presentations for senior management
+ Identifies, facilitates, and supports process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, in particular, Excel

• College degree or comparable work experience
