**SALARY:** $151,000-$179,000, bonus and LTI eligible

**ROLE SUMMARY:**

This role will be responsible for establishing a BEES Marketplace strategy in the US and implementing pilots in key markets. In addition to building business cases for both 1P and 3P, this position will work with senior internal and external stakeholders to initially pilot and then scale key 3P partnerships to grow Marketplace and prove the business model in the US. You will also partner with internal teams to find new ways to monetize the 1P marketplace, such as building and scaling new services like FinTech, Sponsored Tasks, and other tools and services to further monetize the platform.

BEES is ABI’s global digital platform, providing an eCommerce B2B experience for retailers, which is deployed through AB’s wholesalers. BEES allows retailers to order, browse, and pay invoices (where legal) at their convenience, 24/7. Additionally, BEES US covers a broad ecommerce product suite, including the Campaign Portal within ABWP, Chain Execution Tool, Payment Portals, and EDI. These tools are ultimately responsible for the full digitization of the US B2B universe.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **:**

+ This role would primarily be responsible for bringing Marketplace 1P (AB One), 3P (Partnerships), and Marketplace Services (e.g., FinTech) capabilities to BEES in the US

+ Partnerships strategy – defining the pathway for us to work with key tech partners so that they integrate with BEES (and turn off their own platforms)

+ Technical backlog management to define user backlog for new product integrations with 3P tech & supplier providers

+ Responsible for deployment of WePay solution through EDI technology solution – responsible for integration of technology into wholesalers, BEES Customer, and EFT

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree Required

+ 5-8 Years of Technology & Sales Strategy, Field Sales Experience, or Related Experience

+ Highly organized (preferable if familiar with project management software – e.g., JIRA)

+ Skilled at holding third parties and internal / external counterparts accountable

+ Some knowledge of chain retailer environment within beer industry

+ Familiarity with three-tier system preferred

+ Some Travel Required: ~15%
