**Job Description**

AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Project Manager to work on our sports projects in Flushing, NY.

**Job duties:**

+ Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.

+ Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.

+ Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ BS Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of relevant Construction Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 6 years of experience in construction project management or architectural project coordination

+ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

+ Experience reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings

+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)

+ Knowledge of BlueBeam, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit

+ OSHA 30

+ Experience working in construction for a large general contractor

**Additional Information**

+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.

+ Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

+ This position is not hybrid nor remote.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $123157.05 to $227840.54.
