Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. BAE Systems is seeking talented Mgr I Level Software engineers who are looking for a company that fosters a work environment in which technical excellence is highly valued. You will be an integrated team member collaborating with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers in one or more of the phases of Project Planning, Requirements Development, Design, Development, Integration and Testing.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Active Secret clearance required

+ Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field

+ 8 years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities in either a functional and/or technical role.

+ Ability to lead a medium to large groups

+ Demonstrated ability to guide individuals through complicated or difficult situations effectively and professionally

+ Experience with software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Prior functional management experience (i.e. general supervision, performance management, staffing)

+ Embedded software design and implementation

+ Experience with electronic warfare

+ Deep knowledge in C

+ Working knowledge of Atlassian Suite

+ Cost Account Management/Earned Value Management in a DoD environment

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
