Semiconductor Process Engineer

**Job Description**

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

To meet a rapidly growing production demand and foundry modernization, MEC foundry is seeking an entry-level, self-motivated, creative and energetic engineer, to assist in supporting daily production tasks and new tool/process qualifications in lithography area. The candidate will have the opportunities to follow and learn from senior process engineers, to gain knowledge and experience in semiconductor industry.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ A 4-yr college degree in STEM fields

+ Good learning and analytical capability

+ Creative and curious

+ Able to work extended hours in a cleanroom environment

+ Good verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ A 4-yr college degree in electrical/electronic, material science, chemical engineering

+ 1-2 yr hands-on experience in a cleanroom environment

+ Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and process

+ Skilled in statistic software and analysis

+ Able to lift and move 20lb object during work hour if needed

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
