Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a project or aspects of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

+ Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program

+ Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks

+ Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
