The individual selected for this position will Assemble Microwave Modules in MRSI using M175 epoxy dispense and M705 pick and place machines on the production line in the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, and 56C.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ High School Diploma or GED. 3 years of work experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED.

+ Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.

+ Familiar with MIL-STD-883

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's.

+ Familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors, soldering skills and eutectic die attach.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $48438 - $77500

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
