Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

+ Coordinates the internal flow of raw material and in process manufactured hardware to support manufacturing schedules and Operations commitments on engineering and production programs. Support the manufacturing process by performing inventory management and the associated material support and documentation maintenance activities.
+ Prepares and verifies assembly kits to meet pre-scheduled release dates using pick list. Selects stock using first in-first out system, checks and records solder ability date, vendor date code (when required) and quantity issued. Interfaces with materials and production personnel to resolve materials shortages.
+ Responds to requests for materials needed for engineering or production programs, works from computerized reports.
+ Ensures that materials are properly packaged or repackaged per required special handling specifications, when necessary, in electrostatic bags or as otherwise specified. Labels and stocks in specified bins or fills back-order requirements, both for the assembly floor or kits in process.
+ Delivers completed assembly kits or point of use (POU) material to designated areas and if required, releases to work-in-process (WIP)
+ Performs cycle count audits and physical inventories. Audits inventory records for accuracy on a regular basis. Checks actual stock against amounts recorded.
+ Ensures that all required materials are properly identified with safety information and handling labels in conformance with Company and OSHA guidelines.
+ Must be able to drive a company truck.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Requires a High School education and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
+ Ability to get and to hold government secret clearance.
+ Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.
+ Basic understanding of PC applications including Oracle and iStar.
+ Must be able to pass BAE drivers test and ability to fulfill DOT requirements to drive the company truck.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
