From our southern NH campus of facilities, the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions team provides next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions that provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. This exciting Electrical Engineering role spans the full product lifecycle design & development, production, testing and sustaining - for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. You will collaborate closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware and test engineers, as well as product managers and stakeholders to develop complex solutions. The selected candidate will apply their skills in design to develop and support our Design it Right initiative for a variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to learn and acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.
The duties assigned to this engineering position will include the following:
+ Learn the Design Process which includes learning and the application of key design tools.
+ Assist senior engineers on complex designs and working in a Laboratory environment.
+ Assist in Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of engineering fundamentals
+ Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.
+ Experience with basic laboratory equipment (i.e. DVMs, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
+ Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
