**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the retail location.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated access points, checking credentials, permissions, and/or visitor information to help support authorized access throughout the property.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through appropriate channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.

+ Assist with crowd management, directional support, and general presence within the mall environment to help support order and provide a professional point of contact for security-related matters.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
