**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Serve as the central communication hub by expertly routing incoming calls and providing essential information to patients, families, and staff according to established protocols.

+ Drive facility safety by rapidly communicating emergency codes, alerts, and drills, ensuring the entire organization is informed and prepared to act during critical incidents.

+ Coordinate rapid response efforts by operating paging and beeper systems to instantly contact medical personnel and specialized code teams for urgent patient needs.

+ Maintain operational readiness by managing comprehensive directories and on-call lists, ensuring that vital reference materials are accurate and accessible for seamless facility coordination.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ Please make sure you are available to work every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

+ Part time hours will be Thursday 4:30pm to 9pm, Friday could be day hours 7am to 4:30pm or evenings 3pm to 8pm and same for Saturdays. Hours may change if needed.
