Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and systems implementations (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.).
+ Experience in supply chain, manufacturing or hardware operations.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in business process analysis, change management, or digital transformation.
+ Experience in hardware operations management and digital maturity initiatives.
+ Knowledge of hardware product lifecycle and new product design.
+ Excellent time-management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate in a fluid environment and to manage priorities and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Establish and lead systems and dependent processes to manage and improve Product Operations for consumer hardware products.
+ Lead initiatives to ensure Subject matter experts (SMEs) have tools and necessary data to manage operations with internal partners.
+ Develop training plans for users of existing tools and manage backlog feedback for future capability prioritization and continuous improvement.
+ Liaise with Planning, Finance, Sourcing, Product Management, Business System teams to establish a roadmap and deliver platform capabilities.
+ Structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations, disseminate findings to the leadership team and the organization, and determine plans to execute and implement solutions.
