**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management.

+ Experience with data analysis.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience reviewing, drafting, remediating and validating controls.

+ Experience designing, implementing and overseeing regulatory compliance programs intended to satisfy regulations and policy requirements for key trust domains.

+ Experience designing and delivering long-term, scaled technical or operational projects.

+ Experience managing a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Knowledge and Information (K&I) Trust’s Regulatory Activation and Compliance (RAC) team is a dedicated group of professionals who work to ensure our products and services are developed and operated in a compliant and responsible manner. Our mission is to work closely with product area compliance leads to embed compliance into the fabric of Knowledge and Information (K&I) products, enabling our businesses to innovate boldly while maintaining user trust. In addition to product teams, we work closely with engineering, legal, operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks, providing critical guidance and building scalable compliance solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the Strategic Regulatory Front-End Review (SRFER) team to leverage regulatory intelligence during compliance product scoping.

+ Coordinate the completion of critical compliance deliverables for high-priority regulations related to user trust in partnership with product teams.

+ Partner with Knowledge and Information (K&I) and central compliance teams to drive cross-K&I compliance programs and remediate regulatory controls.

+ Contribute to cross-functional governance and compliance reporting initiatives across the organization.

+ Assist in developing compliance tools, frameworks, and standards, working closely with Regulatory Activation (RA) and Regulatory Compliance Infrastructure (RCI) to ensure alignment.
