**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 13 years of experience in marketing with inbound product marketing for technology products.

+ 5 years of experience with people management.

+ Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and building trusted partnerships with Product and Engineering leadership to craft product strategy and narratives.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience driving projects from concept to launch in product marketing.

+ Ability to influence at all levels, including at the executive level and to work effectively across multiple functions.

+ Excellent at delivering impactful marketing in undefined spaces without relying on pre-existing playbooks.

+ Excellent people leader with a track record of coaching and mentoring individuals and testing the team to innovate and think differently.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with distinctive thought leadership and problem-solving skills.

+ Passion for consumer tech and AI with a pulse on industry trends and how technology is evolving across Google.

As the Group Product Marketing Manager for Chrome, you will own the mission of defining and transforming our product narrative to solidify Chrome's position as the essential browser for the AI era.In this role, you will become the visionary behind Chrome's core messaging, shaping the roadmap and leading a team to execute ambitious, groundbreaking launches. You will lead all inbound marketing efforts, clearly articulating Chrome's unique value that will boost user adoption and engagement. You will translate insights into a direction that influences both product and marketing campaigns. You will mentor a team of product marketers, acting as a player-coach to drive critical projects and elevate the team’s capabilities, ensuring we deliver on our ambitious goals.Know the user. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**

+ Craft a compelling product narrative that clearly articulates Chrome's leadership and unique value in the age of AI.

+ Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and ensure Chrome remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

+ Lead impactful launch strategies and campaigns that showcase Chrome's groundbreaking AI experiences and ongoing commitment to users.

+ Develop an understanding of user needs and behaviors in a rapidly evolving landscape. Inform product strategy and marketing campaigns, ensuring our messaging resonates and solidifies Chrome’s leadership position.

+ Act as a player-coach to a high performing team, fostering a culture that issues the status quo and pioneers fresh, new approaches to deliver on Chrome's ambitious AI strategy.
