As a Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. Your expertise in MySQL will be invaluable as you engage with data and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities:
+ Build dashboards in Looker studio and other visualisation tools per client business requirements.
+ Identify and execute reporting and automation projects using SQL, BigQuery and Google database and workflow tools.
+ Triage and resolve bugs from customers involving operations such as facilitating chip movements or approving change lists.
+ Provide status reporting on project status, issues, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
+ Provide insights and analysis of the reported data, highlighting areas of concern or success.
+ Update and maintain documentation regarding best practices and processes.
+ Run various commands using the command line in a Linux environment.
+ Create weekly updates of compute resources in various cells according to Min/Max dashboards.
Job requirements:
+ Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days at home.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Minimum 1 year in project coordination, reporting, data and analytics.
+ Minimum 1 year of scripting experience with SQL and or BigQuery.
+ Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency working in Linux environment.
+ Experienced with gSuite (Google office products such as sheets, doc, etc).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Degree in Information Management Systems, Business or Engineering.
+ Experience (consulting or operational) in Supply Planning, Demand planning, Inventory Management.
+ Coding experience in Python or Appscript.
+ Experience working in technical infrastructure.
+ Strong design skills in interactive dashboards (User Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.).
+ Min 1 year Report and Dashboard development experience in Tableau, Data Studio.
+ Strong analytical skills, Advanced MS Excel, and demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying analytical solutions.
+ Strong visualization experience, charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc.
+ Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
