Pay for Landscapers:

$20-22/hr DOE

Shift for Landscapers:

Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm
Typically no weekends
Some schedule variations due to the weather

Duties for Landscapers:

Provide weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial clients
Pick up and dispose of yard debris
Operate lawn care tools including trimmers, shears, mowers, and blowers
Assist with landscape design, construction, and installation projects
Perform seasonal duties, including snow and ice management in the winter
Work as part of a team led by a Foreman to complete projects safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company well at every site

Requirements for Landscapers:

High school diploma or GED
Landscaping experience highly preferred
Reliable and committed to great attendance — being on time matters here!
Strong physical ability: lifting, digging, pushing wheelbarrows, and working outdoors in all weather
Team-player mindset with energy and urgency — we move with purpose!
Ability to follow directions and communicate openly
Must pass a background check
- Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience pulling a trailer
- Mowing or skid steer experience
- Basic hand tool knowledge
