Sales Manager - Wyoming

**Job Description**

Based out of Jackson, WY, this is an onsite year-round position.

The Sales Manager will support the Lodging, Tour and F&B operations of Togwotee Mountain Lodge, Signal Mountain Lodge and Jackson Hole Adventure Center. This role will network for new sales opportunities, conduct sales blitz and other marketing efforts to support sales growth in the Jackson and Moran, Wyoming area.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for marketing account to planners for meetings, commercial filming, training events, and company retreats.

+ Manages Jackson area relationships with hotel resort partners for booking winter and summer trips under permits in the Bridger-Teton NF and Yellowstone NP.

+ Collaborates with GMs on pricing initiatives including local market analysis.

+ Determines and secures accurate trip bookings, lodging and F&B needs for large groups.

+ Greets and services all clients/groups to ensure satisfaction.

+ Follows up with all clients through phone calls and site tours to secure contracts and ensure customer happiness.

+ Inputs data to generate contracts, update client files, and enter information into sales software including Fare Harbor and Springer-Miller.

+ Participates in special projects as needed.

+ Participates in Professional Membership Organizations to meet new prospects and remain updated with industry information and trends.

+ Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide quality services for all groups.

+ Assists Sales and Marketing Leadership in managing budget activity and compiling reports for the period end.

+ Coordinates activity of telemarketing activities

+ Attends weekly meetings for aging/billing, business review, and sales meetings.

+ Follows Aramark policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**

? Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing or related field.

? Requires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or related field

? Possesses strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain composure, and the ability to make quick decisions.

? Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.

? Must work well independently.
