**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our operations team in achieving excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is key to integrating new product development into production, driving productivity improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Production Manager will inspire and guide supervisors, technical staff, and production team members to deliver world-class results while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA or advanced degree in business or engineering.
+ Experience in welding, paint, and/or assembly operations.
+ Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
+ Proven ability to build cultures of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business.
+ 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing management, including lean methods, engineering, and supervision.
+ Demonstrated leadership with strong technical knowledge and strategic thinking.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Position Overview**
