The Advance Group is hiring Recruiting Coordinators in Monroe, MI for a leading manufacturer of outdoor storage and recreation structures. This position plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of independent contractors who build sheds, playsets, and outdoor structures across the United States.

About the Company

Our client has sold more than 4 million sheds and playsets since 1975 and is a recognized leader in the manufacturing and distribution of outdoor storage buildings, playsets, and recreational structures.

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the hiring process by managing candidate communications, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruiting records, and helping ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls, text messages, and emails from candidates
  • Conduct outbound recruiting calls and candidate follow-up communications
  • Review applications and identify qualified contractor candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting activities
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information
  • Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM databases
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with contractor onboarding and documentation
  • Support recruiting team goals and hiring initiatives nationwide
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or related experience
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
  • Experience with Paycor, Salesforce, CRM software, or recruiting systems preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
