The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned and inspiring leader to head our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Income team. This role will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for forecasting, pacing, analyzing, and reporting on the P&L and will partner closely with the Finance teams across the Business Groups, Enterprise Supply Chain, and Corporate.

+ Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
+ Oversee the entire FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
+ Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and profitability.
+ Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting, and partner with the Investor Relations team on quarter end reporting and investor updates.
+ Identify opportunities for improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
+ Stay abreast of current financial trends and best practices in FP&A.
+ Provide insightful financial guidance and recommendations to senior management.
+ Develop and implement a daily management system to drive financial outcomes and business accountability using data and data analytics.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
+ Ten (10) years of Finance experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
+ Master's degree in Finance from an accredited institution
+ Five (5) years of Corporate Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis in a private, public, government or military environment
+ Skills include people leadership, collaboration, communication and adaptability.
Work location:
+ Remote
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 - $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
