**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Physiological Monitoring & Clinical Support: Perform active intra-procedural monitoring and calculations (heart rate, rhythm, cardiac output, shunting) while rapidly identifying and communicating critical condition changes to the physician and team.

+ Physician Collaboration & Material Management: Anticipate case and physician needs in real time, adapting quickly during procedures and consulting with leadership on product selection and inventory management.

+ Patient Care, Transport & Education: Assist with room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure cleanup—ensuring strict safety and infection control—while educating patients on insertion site care, activity guidelines, and warning signs.

+ Team Leadership & Operational Standards: Serve as a functional resource by leading staff orientation, training, and coaching, providing input on performance evaluations, and maintaining strict compliance with safety procedures.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ One or more of the following:

+ Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

+ Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
