The Advance Group has partnered with a manufacturing company in Millbury, Ohio who is seeking a full-time Electrical Assembly employee. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and committed to joining an organization who values their employees.

Job duties for Electrical Assembly:
• Perform final assembly and box build of electronic components into completed units
• Label cables, package finished products, and prepare items for shipment
• Work with small, intricate parts, including soldering and microscope work in other assembly areas once trained
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly
• Inspect components for accuracy and question discrepancies when something does not look right
• Sit for extended periods while assembling detailed electronic parts
• Clean and maintain personal work area, including minor duties such as trash removal
• Follow detailed processes where each step builds on the next in a structured workflow

Requirements for Electrical Assembly:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on intricate tasks
• Laid back, low-drama personality that fits well in a team-oriented, family-style environment
• Comfortable sitting for long periods and working with very small components
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Soldering experience preferred but not required
• Electronics assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics highly preferred
• Independent thinker who is comfortable asking questions if something seems incorrect
• Consistent work history with 6–8 months or longer at previous positions
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
• High School Diploma/GED

Shift for Electrical Assembly:
• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
• Flexible scheduling available with supervisor approval
• Rare overtime; occasional as business needs require

Pay for Electrical Assembly:
• $14.00–$15.50 per hour depending on experience
• Potential for pay increase upon hire-in
