**Pay Rate** :

$95,000 - $110,000 (PL 11)

_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ The FP&A Converting Analytics Analyst, reporting to the Converting Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing reporting solutions for IP’s converting businesses. This position would partner up with the subject matter experts in the business to develop analytical tools, automate, and streamline processes to enable more accurate information for informed decision making.

+ Stays current on new IP technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, and applies them as appropriate to improve reporting and analytics

+ Assist in supporting Consolidated Sales, Price Tracker application & reporting, Commercial Hub, and other business critical reports and visualizations.

+ Develop solutions or improve upon existing processes and reports to increase standardization and efficiencies across the businesses.

+ Lead and manage projects and enhancements related to technical automation and system conversions for reporting.

+ Analyze and communicate insights gained from data and the transformation of those insights into actionable solutions.

+ Develop automated reports or visualizations that facilitate trend analysis and automation of review for mid-month, month-end, and other financial reporting needs

+ Ability to work in a multi-tasking, rapidly changing environment with deadlines.

+ Candidate will be required to be adaptable to a changing work environment, as well as deal with ambiguity as it arises.

+ Skilled in Excel and Analysis for Office

+ Expert in developing Data Visualization

+ Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines, Semantic Models)

+ Alteryx, Theobald, and other ETL solutions

+ Location – Memphis Towers Required

+ Bachelor’s degree or work experience required

+ Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Priority Setting, Time Management, Functional / Technical Skills, Learning on the Fly, Problem Solving and Communication Skills
