CTG is seeking an experienced **Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect** to join our Enterprise Applications Team. This is a full-time remote opportunity for a highly skilled technology leader who is passionate about designing innovative solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, and partnering with clients to deliver measurable business value.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, helping shape solution strategy, support business development efforts, and guide successful delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and technical teams to develop and mature CTG's solution offerings while maintaining strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Solution Architecture & Design**

+ Gather and document client requirements to establish solution baselines.

+ Design scalable, secure, and innovative Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.

+ Customize solution offerings to align with client business objectives.

+ Review solution designs for technical feasibility, financial impact, and long-term ROI.

+ Contribute to the ongoing evolution and maturity of CTG's solution portfolio.

**Sales & Client Engagement**

+ Provide subject matter expertise during sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.

+ Support pre-sales activities by helping clients envision successful solution implementations.

+ Develop trusted client relationships and serve as a key customer contact.

+ Create and present solution proposals to executive and C-level stakeholders.

+ Contribute to revenue growth through active participation in sales opportunities.

**Delivery & Solution Management**

+ Facilitate the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring alignment between commitments and execution.

+ Provide advisory support to delivery teams throughout project execution.

+ Share best practices, lessons learned, and emerging technologies across solution teams.

+ Help develop training materials and enablement resources for sales, delivery, and marketing teams.

+ Ensure compliance with established frameworks, standards, and governance practices.

**Thought Leadership**

+ Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft technologies.

+ Create white papers, thought leadership content, and conference presentations.

+ Participate in professional organizations and technology communities to strengthen CTG's market presence.

+ Promote innovation and continuous improvement across solution offerings.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree or higher.

+ 10+ years of experience in solution design, development, and management.

+ 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect focused on application development and information management.

+ 5+ years of experience developing solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.

+ 3+ years of experience architecting and developing solutions using .NET Core, Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes.

+ 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise web portals utilizing:

+ ASP.NET MVC

+ React

+ Angular

+ Node.js

+ Bootstrap

+ Other modern JavaScript frameworks

+ Strong experience developing solution proposals, estimating costs, and articulating business value.

+ Proven ability to work with executive leadership and client stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.

+ Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
