**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Restore critical communication and swallowing functions by designing and executing evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique clinical condition.

+ Empower patients and their families through dedicated education and counseling, ensuring they understand the treatment journey and are equipped to support recovery at home.

+ Document patient progress and care journeys with precision, utilizing clinical data to continuously improve treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.

+ Facilitate seamless transitions by managing discharge planning and connecting patients with essential support programs to ensure long-term success beyond the clinical setting.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Communications Disorders and Sciences obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
