Production Worker (1st Shift) – 4-Day Work Week | $15-17/hr | Overtime Available | Maumee, OH

The Advance Group is hiring Production Workers in Maumee, OH for a growing facility with immediate openings.

Pay:

$15–17/hour (includes attendance incentive)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 5AM – 3PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed
3-day weekends almost every week

Production Worker Responsibilities:

Set up and operate various production machines
Monitor machines and products for defects or malfunctions
Maintain high quality standards
Load and unload large, bulky materials onto machines and pallets
Load corrugated materials into machines
Clean and apply paint to dies between jobs
Perform repetitive work while standing for the duration of the shift
Assist in multiple departments and cross-train as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Production Worker Requirements:

1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience
Strong machine operator experience preferred
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly
Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
Comfortable with hands-on work, including cleaning dies and exposure to ink
Excellent attendance and reliability
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation
