Assembly Worker (1st Shift) – 4-Day Work Week | $15-17/hr | Overtime Available | Maumee, OH

The Advance Group is hiring Production Workers in Maumee, OH for a growing facility with immediate openings.

Pay:

$15–17/hour (includes attendance incentive)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 5AM – 3PM
Overtime on Fridays as needed
3-day weekends almost every week

Assembly Worker Responsibilities:

Build or finish boxes by hand using glue guns and staple guns
Inspect products for defects
Build partitions, tape boxes, or hand label items
Maintain high quality standards
Minor machine operating for small batch jobs
Perform repetitive work while standing for the duration of the shift
Assist in multiple departments and cross-train as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assembly Worker Requirements:

1–2 years of production, assembly, or hand tool experience
Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
Attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace
Comfortable with hands-on work
Excellent attendance and reliability
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation
