**Supervisor, on-site – Radio Pharma Support - Days off: Thursday & Saturday**
The On-Site Supervisor for Radio Pharma Support directly support customer and operations conducted at the customer’s physical location and supports shipments enroute to destination. The manager's responsibilities include coordinating the dispatch of time-sensitive shipments having specific requirements, documentation and/or handling.
This position maintains the Company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients, to keep/improve business-client relations and trades
The Supervisor should have strong communication and leadership skills and be organized and technically minded. They should also be able to remain calm and deliver clear instructions under pressure.
**What you will do:**
+ Coordinate with on-site customer personnel, OSPs and MNX operations to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are met, and detailed instructions are clearly communicated
+ Represent MNX onsite by assisting the customer through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
+ Conduct and/or oversee IATA DGR Class 7 audits on Radio Pharma shipments.
+ Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
+ Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
+ Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment and a focus on improving the buyer experience.
+ Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
+ Forecast and track key account metrics.
+ Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
+ Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
+ Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
+ Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
+ Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
+ Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
+ Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
+ Evaluating efficiency: Evaluating processes and operational integration for efficiency and improving workflows
+ Promoting a positive work environment: Developing, maintaining, and communicating objectives and key results
**What you bring:**
+ 3-5 years of Healthcare Logistics experience.
+ Experience in Handling and shipping Hazardous Materials
+ Management / team leadership experience required.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex shipments with increasing levels of responsibility.
+ Excellent prior work performance history.
+ Team player.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail.

+ TSA Qualifications: At least 18 years of age. U.S. citizenship. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate. Pre-employment drug screening and post-hire random drug testing. Background investigation.
**Shift / Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.**
**Compensation & Benefits:**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $7,505.00 monthly to $12,200 monthly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $27.75/hr to $45.10/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
