**Job Description:**

+ Assists with supervising locksmiths, carpenters, painters, engineers, general contractors, and all sub-contractors.

+ Interfaces with department leadership and facility team leads to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

+ Other Duties as assigned.

+ Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.

+ Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects [Required]

• Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Required]

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts [Required]

• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills [Required]

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage multi-faceted teams [Required]

**Education:**

• Bachelor's [Preferred]

• High School Grad or Equiv OR 5 YEARS RELEVENT [Required]

**Work Experience:**

• 5+ construction related experience [Required]

• 5+ experience in all phases of architectural design process [Preferred]

• 5+ experience with state agency construction requirements [Preferred]

• 5+ extensive experience in the construction process, including all project deliverables [Preferred]

• 5+ healthcare experience [Preferred]

• 5+ project management experience [Preferred]

**Licenses and Certifications:**

• General Contractor License (GENCON) [Preferred]

• Certified Project Manager (CertPMP) [Preferred]

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
