As a **Security Officer Patrol Coordinator** in **Macedonia, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will work with agility, reliability, and integrity while partnering with your team to respond to site needs and assist with daily operations.

+ Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site expectations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

+ Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and communicate observations to store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervisors.

+ Support closing and opening activities, crowd management, and/or high-traffic periods while providing visible presence and customer-focused assistance throughout the location.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
