Management Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst** to join our team in **Patuxent River, MD.** This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Analyze cyber program requirements, status, budget, and schedules

+ Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses

+ Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams

+ Track program/project status and schedules

+ Development of project level cyber processes, standards, and procedures

+ Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project cyber technical requirements and performance

+ Travel up to 25% within the continental United States in support of customer needs

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ High School diploma or GED

+ 1+ years of experience performing work related to cyber-related efforts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 1+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations

+ Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations

+ Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
