Bilingual Customer Service Representative

What you will be doing:

+ Handle high-volume inbound Spanish and English calls with an emphasis on providing world- class service.

+ Interact with customers while expressing empathy, a sense of urgency and assurance that they called the right company to resolve their plumbing issues.

+ Data entry, including customer contact information and other relevant details concerning their plumbing problems.

What you will need to succeed:

+ Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

+ Prior call center experience preferred

+ Thrive in a team environment with a strong customer service focus

+ A Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs

+ Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail

+ This job is a great fit for those with banking, insurance company or medical scheduling call center experience
