Assistant Chef Convention & Banquets (Commission) - Aria

**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**

As a Convention-Banquet Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and proper presentation of food. You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Maintain quality and proper presentation of food

+ Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly

+ Communicate with chefs, management, employees, and guest efficiently with proper reporting and meetings

+ Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost

+ Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, releasing orders and cost transfers

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2) years of experience in a high volume setting

+ Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
