Kettering College offers a unique religion curriculum which equips every student with a minor in spiritual care. This means that all the religion courses at Kettering College have an intentional emphasis toward training our students in spiritual care. This position will include specific spiritual care courses like Spirituality in Healing and Healthcare and Spiritual Dimensions of Death and Dying but also a significant amount of General and Elective religion courses which invite students to explore their own faith journey and other global faith systems to empower them to holistically care for self and others.

Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues by analyzing the problem, interacting with the client, and researching and implementing solutions. Maintain, repair, and replace hardware in College classrooms, laboratories, and offices. Maintain accurate inventory of all assets: computers, printers, copiers, monitors, projectors, AV and minor equipment. Dispose of broken and obsolete equipment. Maintain Windows images for each type of computer in inventory. Create new images as needed. Maintain security patches. Add/remove common applications as needed. System administrator for various software and systems. Configure system, set up users and roles, support users, maintain and upgrade software, interact with vendor. Support College activities and functions by providing on-call expertise and assistance.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

A+ certification and advanced certification from Microsoft preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

* At least 2 years’ experience in the installation, management, and integration of workstation images and configurations required.
