**Meet the Team**

Cisco’s Platform Experience Group is redefining how users interact with Cisco’s products by building the foundation for AI-powered, agentic experiences and Generative UI that scale across the portfolio.

You will be one of two founding designers for Cisco Cloud Control, a next-generation enterprise platform that connects Cisco’s security, networking, and AI products. It’s also the home of AI Canvas, one of Cisco’s top priorities.

The team is small, dynamic, and deeply collaborative. Designers here work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver seamless user experiences that feel unified across the Cisco ecosystem — combining systems thinking with exceptional visual craft, graphic design depth, and meticulous page-layout execution.

**Your Impact**

As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll be a hands-on design leader defining the foundational experience for Cisco Cloud Control. You’ll work end-to-end — from strategy and prototyping to pixel-perfect, highly polished visual execution — creating scalable experiences that elevate usability, clarity, and trust across products.

This role requires someone with world-class visual and interaction craft, capable of transforming complex enterprise workflows into elegant, modern, editorial-quality interfaces. You will set the bar for visual design excellence across the suite and influence how Cisco expresses its next generation of AI-powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and evolve platform frameworks and patterns which integrate multiple Cisco product lines within the Cloud Control suite.

+ Drive the vision and execution for AI-integrated, agentic, generative UI workflows across the platform.

+ Apply enterprise platform thinking to create modular, extensible systems that work across a wide range of use cases.

+ Establish and uphold an exceptional standard of visual design — delivering refined layouts, typography systems, iconography, and graphic compositions that elevate clarity and delight.

+ Craft beautifully structured, editorial-quality UI surfaces and page layouts that simplify dense information models.

+ Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Research partners — aligning priorities, influencing roadmaps, and ensuring cohesive, end-to-end journeys.

+ Champion design excellence, visual storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, setting a new bar for craft quality across Cisco’s AI platform.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience, or Master’s degree + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience.

+ Experience designing enterprise platform experiences that connect multiple products or services.

+ Proven mastery of visual design, including layout systems, typography, hierarchy, color, grid usage, and graphic composition.

+ Prior experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex enterprise environments.

+ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams from concept through delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Familiarity with AI-driven design, agentic UX, or generative interfaces.

+ Expert-level proficiency in Figma — with a strong ability to produce high-fidelity visual mocks, refined component designs, and sophisticated page layouts.

+ Experience working on system-level, cross-product platforms that power enterprise-scale solutions.

+ Portfolio showcasing impeccable visual craft, typography mastery, grid fluency, and thoughtful, elegant page-layout work.

+ Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills across teams and functions.

+ Awareness of emerging AI and UX trends, with a focus on ethical, scalable integration.
