As a **Security Officer Patrol Route Driver** in **Johnstown, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. In our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, support daily operations, and act with integrity.

+ Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned.

+ Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support a secure shopping and working environment.

+ Assist with access control, closing procedures, and other security-related duties that help support daily operations at the location.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
