**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $30.03 / Hour**

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

+ **5+ years of global security operations experience, preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.**

+ **Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.**

+ **Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..**

+ **Strong knowledge of alarm panels, intrusion detection, and incident escalation procedures.**

+ **Proven experience with access control and badge management.**

+ **Ability to monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV feeds, while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to security events in global operations environment.**

+ **Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to changing operational needs.**

+ **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**

+ **Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.**

+ **Proven experience with access control and badge management.**

+ **CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)**

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ **Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.**

+ **Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.**

+ **Background in corporate, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise security environments.**

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarms and after-hours activity, and complete required reports, logs, and other documentation related to daily operations.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ Possess a college degree.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
