Quant Analytics Manager (Digital Products)-Vice President

As a Quant Analytics Manager on the Digital Analytics Team, you'll sit in the engine that powers Chase with insights, inspires customer-centric innovation, and solves problems in a dynamic and effective manner. You will have significant learning and mobility opportunities for career development and future growth. You'll develop, plan, and execute on advanced analytical projects as an individual contributor and in teams. You'll translate between analytic and non-analytic groups as well as facilitate holistic, cross-functional learning. You'll need to collaborate, learn, teach, and disseminate knowledge across the Data & Analytics community. As a key member of the Digital Analytics team, you will work closely with Analysts, Designers, Engineers, Data Owners, and Product Owners to deliver capabilities that unlock the power of our data.

**Job responsibilities**

+ Apply strategic, analytical and data science skills to broad range of challenges faced by the enterprise.

+ Develop, plan, and execute analytical solutions by bringing order to disparate requirements with high tolerance for ambiguity, very strong problem-solving ability, and excellent client engagement skills.

+ Manage data science and analytics strategies including recommendations on analytical products, services, protocols, and standards across the firm.

+ Invent creative and innovative ways to answer key business questions by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones; scale experimentation, integrate real-time data, and deliver on personalization goals.

+ Shorten the analytics development lifecycle and increase the velocity at which analysts can disseminate insights.

+ Partner across Product, Strategy, Technology and Design organizations to transform strategic priorities into a prioritized analytics roadmap, pivot quickly as client guidance evolves.

+ Be a storyteller capable of delivering practical data insights in a compelling manner actionable by senior leadership using presentations, discussions, and visualizations.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.**

+ 7+ years of industry experience in business analytics roles (e.g., digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights).

+ Bachelor's degree in relevant quantitative field required (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science fields); advanced degree preferred.

+ Experience across broad range of modern data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Spark, Python, R).

+ Knowledge of modern data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, behavioral analytics)

+ Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake)

+ Proficiency using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Alteryx.

+ Excellent communicator able to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives, business, and technology partners.

+ Thought leader who can define analytical agenda for projects, demonstrate the ability to frame ambiguous business questions into analytical plans (e.g., assessing data needs, sourcing files, preparing data, creating new features, evaluating quality, etc.), and executes with precision.

+ Ability to work in large and medium sized project teams, as self-directed contributor with a proven track record of being detail orientated, innovative, creative, and strategic.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Analytics consulting experience is preferred.

+ Experience with Machine Learning, AI techniques.

+ Influencer and player coach with great interpersonal skills and proven ability to achieve alignment across a range of different views and interests.

+ Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.

+ Financial services background
