**Job Description:**

This job is responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes, ensuring the testing strategy and processes are well-defined and continuously improved. Key responsibilities include establishing a test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks, defining and managing test processes including test data generation, defect management and reporting. Job expectations include understanding and implementing internal/external mandate, ensuring compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments, and manages traceability.

**Position Summary:**

+ Function as Lead for Risk QA space while managing test delivery/automation and focus on MRT platform stability and improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting

+ Creates and optimizes test automation frameworks and use of test automation tools

+ Leads test planning for complex features that span across the platform or multiple teams

+ Creates a test automation strategy across the application stack (UI, API, and Backend, etc.)

+ Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders

+ Manages test execution and resolves, communicates or escalates any issues that may result in test plan variance

+ Designs test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments

+ Define and execute the overall QA strategy aligned with business and technology team for all market risk applications

+ Lead and manage QA teams consisting of manual, automation, and data testers.

+ Establish quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across projects

+ Drive a quality-first culture and provide continuous improvement initiatives to ensure production stability

+ Develop QA roadmaps, automation strategies, and testing transformation plans.

+ Ensure adherence to organizational QA governance and compliance requirements.

+ Own end-to-end QA delivery across multiple projects and releases

+ Define test scope, test approach, resource allocation, and timelines and Review project requirements to ensure adequate test coverage.

+ Manage SIT Regression, Integration, Performance, and Feature validation activities.

+ Define automation strategy and framework roadmap, adoption of Python-based automation solutions, Improve regression and integration automation coverage.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 10+ years of QA leadership experience managing enterprise-scale testing initiatives.

+ Proven experience leading large QA organizations across manual, automation, and data testing disciplines.

+ Strong background in test automation, data validation, and enterprise application testing.

+ Experience implementing QA governance, risk-based testing, and release management practices.

+ Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing methodologies.

+ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
