FinTech & Gaming Payments - Sales Associate

As a Payments Sales Associate in FinTech & Gaming Sales Team, you will be assisting Payments Sales Managers with the management of cross-functional/regional deals. You will support proactive client engagement and develop solutions to meet strategic and complex needs of our corporate clients. You will also support important relationship management initiatives such as content creation, corporate treasury, interest rate, pricing and billing management, escalated servicing and implementation issues, etc. You will collaborate with multiple internal partners such as; Merchant Services, Working Capital & Trade, Treasury Services Sales, Corporate Bankers, the Investment Bank and other Product, Service, and Implementation Teams to ensure the appropriate coordination and growth of the defined segments.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Understand clients' business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to better determine their requirements. This includes understanding the client's account structure, cash flow, product usage and global setup

+ Develop account plans, briefing memos, and support relationship reviews in partnership with the client service organization

+ Develop strong relationships within client's Treasury organizations - anticipate client needs/challenges and proactively engage appropriate J.P. Morgan Payments partners to develop comprehensive solutions

+ Conduct timely onboarding, support RFP/RFI submissions, KYC and Implementation request submissions - engage appropriate escalation points where necessary to meet client needs while managing expectations

+ Work with the Payments Sales Managers to finalize the sale through documentation coordination/negotiation for a seamless integration to the implementations team

+ Support customer due diligence reviews and internal approval process for high risk customer segments

+ Support new bids which include producing sales pitch materials

+ Review and analyze transactional data to identify key trends, risks, and pricing/billing inefficiencies.

+ Understand internal credit processes and advance working relationships with credit partners

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ 2 + years' experience in cash management, transaction banking, merchant acquiring or related field

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions

+ Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

+ Goal oriented with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively

+ Strong time management, organizational and planning skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and coordinate follow-up

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**

+ Knowledge and understanding of FinTech, Gambling and Video Gaming industries and /or JPMorgan Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process/procedures
