**How you’ll make an impact in this role**
+ Efficiently answer, screen, and route high-volume internal and external calls.
+ Broadcast critical codes, emergency alerts, drills, and disaster announcements.
+ Dispatch medical code teams and key personnel via paging and beeper systems.
+ Maintain and update directories, on-call lists, and reference guides.
+ Provide accurate general information following established organizational protocols.
**What minimum requirements you’ll need**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
