**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a **Technical Services Specialist II** to support our Transfusion Division.

This role provides specialized technical support for medical diagnostic product development and production, handling complex, non-routine tasks involving equipment and procedures. It requires strong problem-solving through data analysis and research, with work directly impacting operations, cost, and overall efficiency.

**Shift:**

Monday to Friday

6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**What You’ll Work On**

+ Maintain quality system effectiveness and regulatory compliance

+ Provide advanced technical support across multiple disciplines

+ Execute complex, non-routine tasks with judgment and creativity

+ Drive process improvements using data and analysis

+ Interpret/create technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures

+ Support engineering with prototypes, testing, and troubleshooting

**Required Qualifications**

+ High school diploma

+ 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
