Key Responsibilities:

+ As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

+ Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.

+ You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

+ You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

+ Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

+ Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.

+ Validate data accuracy and consistency through database checks and manual batch testing.

+ Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation using Parasoft SOA Test.

+ Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand both functional and technical aspects of the services being tested.

+ Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing activities as required.

+ Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering to continuously enhance testing processes.

+ Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management is required.

+ Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management is recommended.

+ Additionally, advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested.

Onsite client work required 3 days a week in: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Plano TX, Addison TX, or Dallas TX

Client Mandated Time Away: 5 days per quarter

Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in QA / Automation Testing

+ 4+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation (expert level)

+ 3+ years of API Testing experience (REST/Soap tools)

+ Experience in Test Management & Defect Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)

+ Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) & regression testing

+ Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing practices

+ Experience in Payments Domain

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

+ 5 years of End-to-End Testing experience

+ Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
