Health, Safety, & Environment Associate Manager – Client Site Programs

Position Summary:

The Client Site Safety Associate Manager supports offsite and client-based operations by executing field audits, tracking compliance, managing training and documentation, and facilitating incident response and drug/alcohol testing. This role ensures personnel meet all safety and client readiness requirements before mobilization and remain compliant throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Execution and Oversight

+ Conduct site-level audits, safety observations, and compliance verifications at client sites.

+ Ensure employees and subcontractors meet all client-specific safety requirements and Accenture HSE standards.

+ Facilitate field-level toolbox talks, inspections, and emergency readiness reviews.

+ Support and facilitate the integration of Accenture acquired companies into existing HSE programs.

Incident & Emergency Management

+ Support or lead incident investigations; document findings and track corrective actions.

+ Coordinate with clients to align on root cause analysis, findings, and resolution timelines.

+ Act as secondary contact during field emergencies, site roll-offs, or client escalations.

Training & Compliance Tracking

+ Maintain tracking systems for safety training, certifications, medical surveillance, and Drug & Alcohol testing.

+ Liaise with HR to ensure compliance with internal policy and client contract terms.

+ Ensure all field personnel have valid and current credentials before work assignments.

Program & Equipment Support

+ Evaluate site-specific PPE needs and manage procurement, issuance, and replacement.

+ Ensure equipment and vehicles taken to job sites are inspected, compliant, and operated by trained individuals.

+ Provide support in reviewing new TPV/client safety requirements and ensure operational alignment.

Documentation & Communication

+ Maintain accurate audit logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.

+ Ensure inclusion of subcontractors in HSE processes.

+ Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal and client use.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum 5 years of Health, Safety, & Environment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience developing HSE programs with direct field or client site work.

+ Professional technician certification (e.g., OHST, CHST, or local equivalent)

+ Working knowledge of ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks platforms.

+ Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
