The Work :
As a Sales Engineer for our AI RefineryTM platform at Accenture, you will:
+ Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner closely with sales professionals to identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and develop strategies that address technical requirements and challenges.
+ Provide Technical Guidance to Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and external teams within Accenture, offering insights and explanations about our AI solutions without providing technical leadership to internal development teams.
+ Demonstrate Technical Expertise: Deliver engaging technical presentations and live demonstrations of the AI Refinery platform, highlighting its features, capabilities, and benefits related to Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic applications.
+ Develop Customized Solutions: Tailor AI solutions to fit specific client use cases, including configuring demos and proof-of-concept projects that address unique business challenges and showcase the value of our platform.
+ Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
+ Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies to effectively position our platform in the market and provide clients with informed perspectives.
+ Collaborate with Internal Teams: Relay customer feedback and market insights to product development and engineering teams to influence product enhancements and future roadmap.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
This role requires working onsite at our Generative AI Center of Excellence located in Mountain View, CA.
Here's what you need
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role at leading tech companies & Proven track record in supporting sales teams and contributing to successful deal closures in the AI, software, or technology sectors.
+ Minimum of 5 of experience & understanding of GenAI concepts, especially LLM and Agentic Applications, including the ability to grasp complex technical information and explain it in clear, concise terms to clients and stakeholders.
+ Minimum of 5 of experience with AI platforms, data analytics tools, and familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

+ Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
