As a **Security Patrol Drive Gated Community** in **Irvine, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving access control officer at a residential location, where you will help monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying entry authorization, and documenting visitor activity at the location.
+ Monitor entry and exit points to help support security-related operations, communicate access requirements, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts.
+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around residential common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, noting maintenance concerns, lighting issues, and security-related observations.
+ Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and pass-down information to help support continuity of operations and consistent communication across shifts.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
